Many institutions of higher education are needing to quickly transition courses to be delivered in an online setting...thanks to COVID-19. I wanted to bring to everyone's attention that the TBLC has published a white paper titled "Off to On: Best Practices for Online Team-Based Learning". The writing group for this paper includes many experienced TBL'ers whose advice will be very valuable in the coming weeks.

To those needing to make this transition quickly, good luck! We will all learn a lot in the coming weeks to months that we hopefully can share to improve how TBL is delivered in this manner.

I have been practicing face to face TBL for 7 years and will be conducting my first online TBL session in 2 weeks. I am an active member of the TBLC and have appreciated the community support and engagement of this society. I am in dire need now of help and resources to convert my gross anatomy dissection course to an online format, including the TBL portion of the course. I hope that there is time for "best practices", and I pray that there is time for "good enough". I welcome any and all offers of collaboration at this time, and I pledge to return the favor. Best wishes for health, safety and joy to you all. Tiffany Huitt twhuitt2@uams.edu University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences
